Australia is a Sovereign Nation; It should make its own decision in national matters and Leave the UN out

Australia is a sovereign nation, well able to make its own decisions and run the country with own people, education, government, currency, business, industries, banks and laws. Australia should make its own decision in all matters and more firmly on refugee and boat people. Temporary protection visas will be great idea for those who are seeking refugee and fleeing their country from war and civil unrest, which may have caused difficulties and risk to their lives. Once the danger passes and disappears in their home country they should be returned to their own country.
People who travel from one country to another are not a true refugees as they travel through different countries or live in a country outside their country of origin for a while or even longer period of time looking and searching for a way to enter Australia illegally in the hope of receiving permanent residency after reaching Australia. They had enough money to travel from their home country to the countries where they search and come in contact with illegal people transporters (illegal business empire) and pay certain amount of money for illegal pass to enter Australia. These people are not refugees; they should be deported and returned to their own country without any questions or delay. Else there will be boat people floating on every side of Australian waters just to enter Australia. Once, these rich refugees, the counterfeit refugees enter Australia they will be feasting on Australian hospitality and benefits from Medicare, centre link, driving posh cars and enjoying expensive products.
Australia should process every claim to identify the genuine and counterfeit refugees, or so called wannabe refugees for the sake of receiving permanent residency in Australia. Australian immigration and authority should check the history of the applicant who claims to be refugee, as where and when he or she was and went before coming to Australia to claim the refugee status.
No documents mean blank personal history of the person, which means no trace of the person’s identity, which means possible threat to Australia. Every new immigrant entering Australia through government skill migrant scheme goes through compulsory police report check, they need to provide their recent ten years of police record history to make sure they were not involved in any terrorist activities, criminal activities or any sort of activities that could be a threat to Australia and its national interest. So, why exclude boat people? There should not be two different rules for people entering Australia.
UN should stop being hypocrites and not just take deep interest in Australia but overlook China, Iran, North Korea and many other countries. Australia welcomes everyone from around the globe, but there is a way to enter Australia.
What will the Labor do? What will the Liberal and the National do? Who is up to the task when it comes to border security, national security and the national interests of Australia?
