Little advice to mess creating Labor Government about Asylums-seekers

First of all why are these people allowed to climb up to the roof?  Why is someone who came to Australia in a student visa and tourist visa are in Villawood detention centre, they should be studying in a student visa and touring in a tourist visa and then head back home?
How can they demand refugee protection visas and threaten to jump off the roof if their demands are not met? They are in no condition to demand as they have broken the trust and violated the laws of Australia by not abiding within the agreement of their visas, which they happily signs to get their visas. How can a student be a refuge when they have to declare that they have enough fund and property back home for them to return and enough money to pay for their tuition and living expense while they are in Australia?
God help if all those international students began demanding refugee protection visas because they don’t want to go home and love Australia (which is good) and stay here and began their Australian dream from Villawood detention centre?
There would be more than 250,000 international student refugees within one month. Well, Labor Government should stop celebrating and patting themselves how good they were to fool the public to steal the lost power and start thinking clearly about the real problems and issues about Australia. Is the Labor only interested in expensive and high spending NBN project, cheating to win the election government and how to waste money flying high and non-stop, coveting more allowance and giving away millions that we don’t have?
To avoid all sorts of dramas like this one, it is better for Australian Government to process it off shore or even grant them non resident temporary permit (not visa) in six month block, which will give them peace of mind for fixed 6 months and be able to move freely within Australian international territory (not mainland). Built facilities for the non resident temporary permit holder like education centre where they can learn the English language, Australian lifestyle and about Australia and its system, its history, geography etc even create job and training opportunities and give them free space to move and live and work there, while their claim will be in process.
Educate them and keep them occupied with something useful and productive, which will help them in their life later. Make taxpayers money worthwhile, another way to create more jobs too.
But, at the same time authorities, government and political parties should look into solutions to avoid future problems that could build up and be difficult for future generation of this country to handle it.
Australia should welcome all nations but like many nations of the world it is necessary and must have its rules and standard partcised, which will identity Australia as Australia not some other countries. It should make its own decision in internal matters for the good and well being of national interests of Australia.

In my view I think the goverment should not mess around with these people as soon as their feet hit aussie soil they should be put straight back on a plane and sent back from hence they came.I have no problem with genuine immigrants it’s the Q jumpers Im against why should they be given into because they threaten to self harm themselves I get extremely angry when I hear how the immigration people are bowing to their demands as if we owe them that right.Who the hell do they think they are???
