Victorian man charged possessing explosive materials

         

Phillip John Marsh, 32-year-old man from Victoria has been charged over possessing explosive substances in his house. The man from Castlemaine has been charged for the amount of explosives items that could be used to make bombs.
But the man said he only wanted to make fireworks and had no intention of creating bomb or committing an act of terrorism.
