Labor Government has announced Scherger RAAF base in Weipa far north Queensland to be turned into detention centre to house asylum-seekers. Another failure of Labor Government, no clear judgement on the matter, government who only moves mouth but with no real executable plan or vision in store that can really take Australia forward, no civilians should be allowed in defence property.
Labor government might as well equip them with guns and bombs and train them to fly too, just like the September 11 members who were received as students and trained in the US in good faith not knowing that one day the American hospitality will be forgotten by those whom they showed hospitality only to be attacked by them in their own backyard.
Now it’s in hundred but in few weeks its going to be in thousands flooding in Australia water and shores. So, if the government has no solution for hundreds what will they say and be their excuse when thousands starts floating, swimming and drowning in Australia water?
Chris Bowen, Julia Gillard and Labor government should think more, do more and talk less. You are creating another problem that will be difficult to fix in the days to come.
If they are real refugees they will be happy to have roof over their head to keep them from rain and sun and a bed to sleep, free meal and facilities better than their home country and with no fear of being killed i.e if their life was really in any danger?
There is a saying beggars can’t be choosey. Government should think, we help them because they need help not because they just wanted help to come to Australia. Help them with their need and not their greed. Many Australians themselves are working to death just to provide basic need and some even struggling to pay for their basic needs like food and rent.
Now, who is going to pay for the need of these struggling Australians? USA, UN or Labor Government, would be nice if they would pay for struggling Australians. But no they all pay their need themselves. So, if the Labor government keeps saying everything in temporary from asylum-seekers, detention centers and every problem we have and smiles at the media saying this is all temporary and they are looking for permanent solution. When there is no permanent solution in their book. Like everyone else they know it’s a problem.
But they are not coming with solution because they don’t have any and are creating more problems than solutions. Easy to tell the public whatever they want to hear to win the election that every politicians can do. But to make it happened is takes leader and leadership. And Australia is poor on that resource despite of mining boom and is dry on that just like our country. Maybe ask the Socceroos for a tip how to advertise and choose a leader from overseas to run the club ‘Government Australia.’ As we don’t have any in here.
While these politicians sit and quarrel about their allowance not being enough and is never enough and wanting more of Australian taxpayers money who struggling to provide their own basic daily needs. Now to the headache adding more expenses importing and housing asylum-seekers without any valid documents, God knows who were they back in their home country before floating in Australian water? They could be criminal, organised criminal, wanted criminal, wanted gangster, family man, housewife, terrorist, suicide bomber, spy, murderers, pedophile, sex offender, most wanted person, wanted murderers, escaped and wanted prisoner. And here the Labor government lest them in without any paperwork and now in the defence compound.
Australia should welcome everyone, but should tell the world that there is way to come to our country. We have green and red light rules. Come through the gate and the door it’s a green light, come through the roof, windows or climbing the fence is a red lights.
No asylum-seekers or any civilians should be allowed into the defence territory. Just the way civilians don’t like to see the boys in uniform marching in the city streets with guns and bombs. Government should apply principle in every decision they make to avoid problems, if they have any.
