One of the Auckland bus driver employed by New Zealand Internal Affairs to transport world leaders from Sky City to the waterfront during the Pacific Island Leaders’ forum last week refused Australian Prime Minister Julia Gillard to board the bus last week and told her she must ride with the spouses on a spouse bus instead. During the forum, the leaders and their partners were being driven in separate buses for security reasons. The Auckland driver was immediately informed about his mistake and Gillard was finally given a green light to come onboard.
During the opening ceremony it was also announced that the partners of the leaders to, come up and meet their husbands. Last time it was Dalai Lama, who thought Julia Gillard was a man. Poor Julia Gillard, what’s next for Julia Gillard?
