The Australian pilot of Cathay Pacific flight managed to steer Airbus A330 to safety at Hong Kong International Airport after both its engines malfunctioned as the aircraft was making its landing approach yesterday with 309 passengers on flight from Surabaya Indonesia. The emergency landing caused all four tyres on the left side and two on the right side of the plane to deflate. There were eight injuries. It was miracle and God’s mercy to get the plane down safely.
