19 year-old teenage gunman David Paul Rowntree charged with 30 offences

David Paul Rowntree 19 year-old teenager from Colac area, south-west Victoria, faced Melbourne Magistrates Court after being arrested by the Victorian police in Whittlesea, north of Melbourne. Before his arrest the teenager caused chaos on Monday after running through the Melbourne Cricket Ground sports area with a 12-gauge shotgun, two alleged robberies and a high-speed freeway chase. Numbers of schools and services were locked down in the area.
The 19 year-old Rowntree has been charged with more than 30 offences. The suspected teenage armed robber who ignited a massive police hunt with 30 police cars and heavily armed police task force has hurt his eye and requires medical treatment said Melbourne court.

When are the courts going to get it right with these sorts of people?The polise go out there and put their lives on the line then the courts or welfare let them go.Time to bring in REAL boot camps to sort these people out once and for all.
